CHILDREN’S MINISTRY


Luke 18:16 “But Jesus called for them saying, let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”


Here at The Chapel Salzburg we are dedicated to coming alongside you in raising your children in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus cherished the children, so we do the same. As Colossians 1:18 speaks of, our goal in Children’s Ministry is to put Jesus first, so the faith of our children will last. We seek to support parents in training up their children in the way of the Lord. As Deuteronomy 6:6-7 clearly states, we as parents are responsible for teaching and raising up our children in the admonition of the Lord. Therefore our desire is to support you in all that we do.

We offer Children’s Ministry every Sunday morning at 10am.
1. 3-5 years old
2. 6-10 years old

Know that even at a young age all the way up to the older youth our goal at Calvary is to not only teach Biblical values but to lead kids to an authentic relationship with the Lord. We focus on teaching the whole counsel of God’s word in ways that speak into the hearts of of your children through worship, Bible stories, activities and crafts.

Our time each week with your kids is greatly valued and our hope and prayer at the end of our time with your children each week is that they would leave having grown deeper in their knowledge and understanding of just how much Jesus loves each and every one of them. Trusting in faith that through our obedience of sharing the love of the Lord, the Holy Spirit will reveal himself to them.

It is our knowledge of God that provides what we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:2-4). As the bible promises, we trust and know that the Lord is going to be faithful to complete the good work that he has begun in our children’s lives (Phl. 1:6) and we are privileged to be a part of that work!
